Refund eligibility
All sales of OPAL Pro are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases are generally non-refundable once the license key has been delivered.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in circumstances such as:
- The application fails to install or launch on a supported operating system and the issue cannot be resolved through support
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually based on the details provided.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with your Gumroad order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Effect of refund
In the event a refund is approved, the associated license is immediately void. Continued use of OPAL Pro following a refund constitutes a breach of the Terms of Use.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent termination of your license and account. We encourage all disputes to be resolved directly.
Free tier
The Free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this policy.
