By downloading or using OPAL, you agree to these terms.
License
OPAL Pro is sold as a personal, non-transferable, single-machine license. One purchase activates OPAL on one machine. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key with others. For multi-seat or team licensing, contact [email protected].
The Free tier is available to anyone without purchase and is subject to the same use restrictions.
What you may do
- Install OPAL on your own machines
- Use OPAL for personal, professional, or commercial work
- Export and use any data or request outputs OPAL produces
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense OPAL
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application binaries
- Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices in the software
Payment and delivery
OPAL Pro is sold as a one-time payment of $149 USD processed via Gumroad. You receive a license key by email immediately after payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Refunds and license termination
A refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details. Upon receiving a refund your license is void, and continued use of OPAL Pro constitutes a violation of these terms. Because OPAL operates offline without server-side license validation, enforcement is on a good-faith basis.
No affiliation with Oracle
OPAL is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Oracle Corporation. Oracle, Oracle Fusion Cloud, HCM (Human Capital Management), FSCM (Financials and Supply Chain Management), and BPM (Business Process Management) are trademarks of Oracle Corporation. Use of those names in OPAL is solely to describe the APIs it works with.
Disclaimer of warranty
OPAL is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always at opalapi.dev/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
